I have gotten an inspiration: book to FMV translation! I, however, do not have flash and SUCK at voiceacting. So, all I want is some flash talent-- I will not be able to pay you, but I hope the ppl who look at this post are not money-minded. Also, I will request a sample of what you can do (this FMV will involve lots of cats, and I want to be sure the person animating for me is good with anime AND animals[LOL XD].
